We arrived at Smuggles to beautiful sunny weather and immediately went for a swim:

For dinner we grilled a pork shoulder served with a grilled corn, avocado,tomato and red onion salad and tortillas -- delicious!!
We left early the next morning for Catalina:

We moved the boat down to Avalon and put Poseidon on a mooring for a couple of days:

Tom hadn't been to Catalina since he was here with Grandma & Grandpa Parson when he was five years old. And this was Nita's first trip. We rented a golf cart to show them around, especially the places Tom had visited when he was a little boy.

It was an absolutely wonderful family vacation aboard Poseidon. There is nothing John & I love more than sharing our home and our passion for boating with family and friends:
