Mother's Day

I gave my mother her choice of what she would like to do for Mother's Day.  She requested lunch aboard Poseidon and could she please chose the menu? But, of course.

Ma chose an Italian Chopped Salad (Romaine, tomatoes, yellow bell peppers, radishes, olives, salami and mozzarella)

Crusty bread - I made a giant loaf of Ciabatta:

Lasagne with Meat Sauce:

And Creme Brulee:

Ma got everything she asked for, plus a bonus of artichokes.  She looks happy to me!!
