Dad died unexpectedly on March 6, 2015. His wishes were to be buried at sea so we postponed his memorial until both Steve & Tom could travel to California.
The seas were a bit rough that day, but Dad would have loved that becuase he thought a calm ocean was boring!
We gathered together a nice group of family & friends to celebrate his life.

Special moments of the day for me were Bobby playing Amazing Grace on his trumpet, Dad's high school friends Phil & Brit Lozano sharing their memories of Dad and my cousin Susie traveling from Mexico to be with us:

Dad loved spending time on the Poseidon, especially making trips with us to Catalina & Santa Cruz Islands. I am so lucky to have these wonderful memories:
